Lebih lanjut dirinya mengatakan (22/7/2021), Notaris harus sering-sering update dan tahu akan informasi terkini berkaitan dengan sebuah pekerjaan yang dihadapi oleh Notaris. Terlebih berkaitan dengan akses yang ada di Kementerian Hukum dan HAM, OSS, dan lembaga-lembaga lain yang berkaitan dengan pekerjaan Notaris/PPAT.
“Jadi hal ini tidak bisa lepas dengan yang namanya dunia teknologi dan informasi”, terangnya. Karena itu membantu tugas daripada media untuk menjembatani dalam rangka menyelesaikan tugas-tugas Notaris berkaitan dengan keinginan masyarakat dan melayani masyarakat.
Sebuah dilema besar bagi Notaris yang merupakan pejabat umum Negara, yang tidak menerima pendapatan langsung dari Negara dan tidak diperkenankannya dalam UU Jabatan Notaris untuk melakukan promosi atau menawarkan diri sebagai Notaris kepada masyarakat luas, baik melalui media cetak maupun media elektronik. Akan tetapi menurutnya di era tekhnologi informasi, kita tidak bisa lepas dari perkembangan jaman seperti di era teknologi saat ini.
“Baik ID personal maupun ID kantor, saya sendiripun punya,” tegas Salah satu dosen di Universitas ternama Gresik ini. Lebih lanjut dirinya mengatakan bahwa saat ini Notaris sedang mengikuti perkembangan jaman di era teknologi. Dimana Notaris menyampaikan kepada masyarakat bahwa kita sudah siap melayani. Kita tidak sedang mempromosikan diri, akan tetapi berkaitan dengan moment-moment tertentu, Notaris bisa menyampaikan ucapan selamat, atau mengucapkan selamat hari raya Idul Fitri di ID atau akun kantor. Hal itu menurutnya tidak bisa lepas, saling terkait dan saling berpengaruh.
“kantor saya inipun punya di Instagram, Facebook maupun Google business dan ini membantu saya ketika ada masyarakat atau rekan sejawat dari kota lain yang membutuhkan pelayanan objek di Gresik. Saya tidak kenal mereka, saya tidak kenal rekan itu. Waktu mereka datang, menelpon, menyampaikan berkas, dikirim melalui kurir sampai kekantor saya, kemudian saya selesaikan lalu saya kirim balik. Dan itulah kemajuan tekhnologi yang tidak bisa kita hindari,” jelasnya.
Dalam rangka menjalankan profesinya, Notaris tunduk dan patuh pada UU Jabatan Notaris. Akan tetapi jika berhubungan dengan sebuah instansi maupun teknologi yang berkembang, mau tidak mau kita menempatkannya sebagai profesi.
Untuk mengawali agar dapat dipercaya publik, menurut Rizki tidaklah mudah dan butuh waktu lama untuk membangunnya. Ketika dipercaya oleh publik, manfaatkan itu dan kembangkan dengan media teknologi dan informasi untuk berkembang lebih jauh lagi.
