Menyambut HUT Kemerdekaan RI ke-76, Pengda Kabupaten Karawang INI Selenggarakan Seminar  Online

Karawang,halonotariat.id – Pengurus Daerah Kabupaten Karawang Ikatan Notaris Indonesia (INI) mengadakan seminar online Zoom, pada Hari Senin (16/08/2021) dengan menghadirkan Duta Besar Republik Indonesia (RI) untuk Kerajaan Thailand, Rachmat Budiman sebagai Keynote Speakers.

Seminar online ini, diselenggarakan dalam rangka HUT Kemerdekaan RI ke-76 dan masih dalam rangkaian HUT INI ke 113. Pengda Kabupaten Karawang INI juga bekerja sama dengan Kantor Imigrasi Karawang dengan mengusung tema pembahasan ‘Sosialisasi Peraturan Izin Keimigrasian Bagi Orang Asing di Indonesia’, sedianya menghadirkan Kepala Kantor Imigrasi Karawang, Winarko, A.Md.IM, SH., M.Si., dalam kegiatan ini diwakilkan oleh Kepala Seksi Izin Tinggal Keimigrasian Kantor Imigrasi Karawang, Ahmad Zikri,M.Si dan juga menghadirkan narasumber ahli Dr. I Made Pria Dharsana, SH. ,M.Hum yang membawakan materi ‘Pengaturan Penguasaan Tanah Oleh Orang Asing Melalui Sistem Perjanjian’.

Tepat pukul 09.00 WIB Seminar Online dimulai, MC Arrumaisha Rani Khairunnisa, S.H., M.Kn., mengawal jalannya seminar online. Dalam sambutannya, Ketua Pengda Kabupaten Karawang INI, Juniety D. Purba, SH berharap, “Dengan mengikuti acara webinar ini, dapat memberikan materi yang fresh dan bermanfaat bagi pekerjaan dan profesi kita. Selamat menikmati, tulus mengabdi dan semangat berkontribusi.”

Setelah itu Ketua Pengurus Wilayah Jawa Barat INI, Irfan Ardiansyah menyampaikan sambutannya dengan mengatakan, “Sosialisasi Peraturan Keimigrasian ini sangat bermanfaat buat anggota INI, terlebih dalam kegiatan ini hadir senior kita, pakar Pertanahan Dr. I Made Pria Dharsana yang akan mengupas tentang penguasaan tanah oleh WNA yang juga pasti berhubungan erat dengan berbagai Peraturan baik pada UU Pokok Agraria dan UU Perkawinan.”

Sekretaris Umum PP INI, Tri Firdaus Akbarsyah mewakili Ketua Umum PP INI berkesempatan memberikan sambutan sekaligus membuka Seminar Online ini. “Saya memberikan apresiasi yang tinggi kepada Pengda Karawang INI yang sangat aktif mengadakan kegiatan keilmuan terlebih saat pandemi ini, PP INI menyambut baik dan mengapresiasi atas materi yang disampaikan, sangat kami harapkan dengan kegiatan ini anggota dapat menguasai peraturan yang terkait.”

Sebelum membuka seminar online secara resmi Tri Firdaus Akbarsyah menambahkan,” seminar ini seminar internasional yang menghadirkan Keynote Speaker Dubes RI untuk Kerajaan Thailand, saat ini beliau berada di Bangkok,juga saya lihat banyak peserta yang hadir dari luar negeri menjadikan webinar patut mendapatkan apresiasi yang tinggi.”

Duta Besar RI untuk Kerajaan Thailand merangkap UN-ESCAP Rachmat Budiman memaparkan materinya, hadir sebagai Keynote Speaker atau Pembicara Utama, Rachmat Budiman Menyampaikan,”Di era Borderless atau era tanpa batas dalam berkomunikasi atau berhubungan sudah barang tentu akan membawa arah perubahan akan kebijakan dan peraturan dalam hubungan antar negara seperti hubungan antara Indonesia dan Kerajaan Thailand yang sudah berlangsung selama 70 tahun.”

Alumni Fakultas Hukum Universitas Indonesia Tahun 1985 ini menambahkan,” Dalam Kemitraan Stretegis tersebut antara RI dan Thailand maka akan diikuti oleh konsekuensi akan peluang kerjasama dibidang Bisnis,Investasi,Perdagangan dan Turisme dan berlanjut kepada tantangan responsif terhadap lalu lintas barang,jasa,orang dan investasi atas semua ini diperlukan penanganan isu-isu hukum yang salah satunya berujung pada tugas dan kewenangan seorang Notaris.”

Moderator Ruth Lina Rogabe,SH.,M.Kn mengawali sesi pemaparan tema. Kepala Kantor Imigrasi Karawang Winarko, yang diwakilkan stafnya Ahmad Zikri memberikan pemaparan Sosialisasi Peraturan Izin Tinggal Keimigrasian Bagi Warga Negara Asing.

Dosen Program Pendidikan (Prodi) Magister Kenotariatan Universitas Warmadewa,Bali membawakan tema makalah Pengaturan Penguasaan Tanah Oleh Orang Asing Melalui Sistim Perjanjian. Dalam sesi tanya jawab kedua narasumber dibanjiri oleh pertanyaan para peserta Seminar Online yang dilaksanakan tanpa dipungut biaya ini.

Ketua Panitia Pelaksana Sandi Guntara Trisna, S.Kom.,SH.,MM.,M.Kn menjelaskan kepada kabarnotariat.id, “Hingga mendekati pukul 11.00 WIB, peserta seminar online tercatat sebanyak 364 dari 456 pendaftar. Peserta dari berbagai daerah di Indonesia dan luar negeri”.
