Jakarta, halonotariat.id – Setelah sukses dengan tajuk Road Show Jelajah Negeri Diskusi Hukum, Sang Penulis buku Kenotariatan, Indra Iswara.S.H.,M.Kn., yang juga salah satu Notaris/PPAT Kab. Nganjuk Jawa Timur, menggelar Ngopi Seru Bersama Indra Iswara di bilangan Tebet Timur Jakarta Selatan, pada 27 Maret 2021 lalu.

Saat di konfirmasi Jurnalis, (29/3/2021), menurutnya dalam suasana pandemi seperti sekarang ini, ternyata melakukan seminar secara offline itu efeknya lebih mengena dibanding secara online. Namun demikian kata Indra, tentunya semua itu dilakukan dengan tidak mengesampingkan protokol kesehatan yang sudah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah.

Indra mengatakan bahwa saat itu ia memang diundang oleh rekan-rekan Pengurus Daerah (Pengda) Kota Bekasi Ikatan Notaris Indonesia (INI) dalam rangka konsolidasi menuju seminar yang akan dilaksanakan pada Tanggal 7 April 2021, terkait masalah yayasan dan perkumpulan yang akan dilakukan secara daring/online.

“Seperti halnya juga pada April mendatang, agenda saya adalah mengisi kajian seminar di Pengwil INI-IPPAT Selawesi Selatan Makasar 1 April 2021, lalu di Universitas YARSI, Pengda INI Kota Bekasi, Pengwil INI Sulawesi Utara, dan Manado. Itu semua sudah terjadwal, InsyAllah sebelum Bulan Puasa. Nah saat puasa kita “break”, lalu setelah lebaran kita lanjutkan lagi dengan agenda lainnya,” terang Indra.

Melihat antusiasme rekan-rekan sejawatnya, Indra merasa bersyukur. Sebab, tanggapan yang positif dan antusias dari para notaris/PPAT untuk mengikuti seminar-seminar yang selama ini ia lakukan baik bersama Pengda maupun Pengwil INI-IPPAT di berbagai daerah cukup memuaskan.

“Artinya, seminar yang kami lakukan memang dapat diterima dan diambil manfaatnya terutama bagi rekan-rekan yang menjabat selaku notaris/PPAT. Malah tak sedikit dari mereka yang menginginkan kembali dilaksanakan seminar dengan tema lainnya. Oleh karena itu maka saya agendakan setiap bulan untuk mengunjungi teman-teman di Jabodetabek dan wilayah lainnya untuk mengasah keilmuan itu. Tentunya dalam melakukan semua kegiatan saya selama road show tetap mengedepankan prokes Covid-19 sesuai dengan apa yang sudah ditetapkan pemerintah tadi, yaitu dengan tetap menjaga jarak, menggunakan masker kesehatan dan mencuci tangan menggunakan air mengalir dan sabun,” papar Indra.

“Harapan saya ke depan, pertama notaris/PPAT itu dalam menjalankan tugas jabatannya tetap dapat memperhatikan aturan yang ada. Ke dua, notaris/PPAT itu “jangan pernah berhenti mencari ilmu dan jangan pernah berhenti pula kepada siapapun mencari ilmu”, itu quotnya. Artinya jangan pernah memandang atau memilah-milih senior atau junior yang memberikan materi keilmuan tersebut.
